Job summary

Snelling Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associate / Palletizer for a manufacturing facility in Midlothian, Texas. This role palletizes finished products, preps materials for shipment, and moves items around the facility while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to perform physical work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or palletizing is preferred but not required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Comfort with rotating 12-hour shifts and weekend work.
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Palletize finished products according to standards.
• Stack, wrap, label, and prepare pallets for shipment.
• Load and unload materials safely.
• Move products between warehouse and production areas.
• Inspect finished goods for shipping and maintain clean work area.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily goals.
