Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a 3rd Shift Waterpark Maintenance Painter to join our team in Sandusky, OH. The role focuses on mixing, matching, and applying paint to indoor and outdoor waterpark structures, while upholding our Promise to Lead with Love and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead with a collaborative spirit, support associates, and ensure timely completion of painting tasks with attention to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of waterpark maintenance and its day-to-day functions within a resort is helpful

Responsibilities

• Prepare all areas that need painted to ensure a clean working environment
• Maintain waterpark aesthetics while repairs are in progress and block off wet paint areas
• Fill out daily logs to track tasks and time spent per task
• Assist Waterpark Maintenance Manager with other duties as needed

3 rd Shift Waterpark Maintenance Painter

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a3 rd Shift Waterpark Maintenance Painter. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for mixing, matching, and the application of paint on various waterpark structures in the indoor and outdoor waterpark.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise toLead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll enhance the guest and associate experience by ensuring exceptional service delivery through effective team leadership, prompt issue resolution, and a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring that you prepare all areas that need painted
• Ensure waterpark is maintained and assist with waterpark appearance so that guests are not inconvenienced because of repairs or wet paint areas that is not properly blocked off.
• Filling out daily logs to show work and tasks completed within a shift and showing time it takes on each task
• Other duties as deemed appropriate by the Waterpark Maintenance Manager.
