Gemini, Inc. in Cannon Falls, MN is seeking a 3rd Shift Painter to join our team. The role focuses on learning the finishing and painting process while supporting shipping activities and maintaining quality standards.

The position is full-time, on-site, with a night shift from 11:00pm to 7:30am, Monday through Friday. Compensation is hourly and includes a shift premium and benefits; there is potential for growth within a positive, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• This role requires high attention to detail and flexibility to support shipping activities.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support the painting process and shipping as directed.
• Assemble letters or products to be sprayed and prepare paint supplies.
• Mix paint to required quantities and match as needed.
• Mask parts before painting and remove masking after drying.
• Spray products to meet customer requirements and quality standards.
• Maintain inventory of paint products and notify when reorder is needed.
• Keep department equipment in good condition and suggest process improvements.
