Qualifications

  • Ability to read and follow work orders, job travelers, and loading diagrams.

Responsibilities

  • Load metal parts onto the automated conveyor line according to work orders and diagrams.
  • Secure, hang, and space parts to ensure proper coverage during powder coating.
  • Unload finished parts, inspect for defects, and stage for packaging, assembly, or shipment.
  • Assist with masking, plugging, or prepping parts prior to loading when required.
  • Report coating defects or nonconformances to quality control.
  • Maintain accurate counts and keep area clean and stocked.
  • Follow safety procedures including lifting techniques and PPE usage.

Job SummaryThe Paint Line Associate is responsible for preparing, hanging, loading, and unloading metal parts on an automated powder coating line. This role ensures parts are properly staged, handled, and finished to meet quality standards and production schedules.
