Job summary

Benjamin Moore & Co. is seeking a 3rd shift production operator in the United States to handle batch formulation, color matching, and tinting for paint products. You will mix raw materials, perform quality controls, and transfer batches to the next stage in the production line.

The role requires following safety guidelines, maintaining equipment cleanliness, and working closely with the Central Lab to ensure accurate dispersion and color accuracy. Overtime and cross-training are common.

Qualifications

• High School degree required, basic math skills.
• Ability to match color specifications.
• Team oriented with attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to operate production equipment and follow SOPs.
• Willingness to cross-train and work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
• Maintain quality and cleanliness of work area and equipment.
• Follow batch formulations and disperse materials per Central Lab.
• Mix materials and perform quality checks.
• Ensure proper transfer into tanks for processing.
• Collaborate with other departments for batch coordination.
