Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Ashland, KY is seeking a Packer to operate in our production area, packing products into trays and cartons for shipping. The role requires preparing cartons, labeling, sealing, and stacking on pallets.

Responsibilities include inspecting packaging for seals and dates, assisting with line startups and changeovers, and reporting issues to supervisors. A HS diploma or GED and 1 year of production experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience required.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks involved in packaging.
• Ability to lift/handle materials and operate basic packing equipment.

Responsibilities

• The Packer packs product into trays/cartons for shipping.
• Prepares cartons/trays, folds, tapes, labels, and stacks on pallets.
• Inspects final packaging for bag registration, dates, and seals.
• Operates pallet jack to move finished goods as needed.
• Supports line startup and equipment changeovers; reports issues.
• Maintains 5S and hygiene practices; keeps area clean and safe.
