Description

Order Selector / Picker / Puller – Full-Time | 3rd Shift

Location: Premier ProduceOne – Cleveland, OH
Schedule: Third Shift | 5 Days per Week | Start Time: 7:00 PM
Pay Structure: Piece Pay – $0.25 per case
Earnings Range: $175 – $350 per shift based on performance
Training Pay: $20 per hour during training period

Premier ProduceOne, a trusted leader in food service distribution, is currently seeking a dependable and experienced Order Selector / Picker / Puller to join our Warehouse team. This is a full-time opportunity on our third shift.

Please note: A minimum of 2 years of order picking utilizing a standup forklift experience is required. Applicants without this experience will not be considered.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their work and is committed to exceeding customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of order picking experience

• Familiarity with tow-motors, RF scanners, and inventory management systems

• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Position Details:

• Work begins nightly at 7:00 PM

• Shifts typically last 8.5 hours (with variability based on business needs)

• Compensation is based on performance under a “piece pay” model – the more you pick, the more you earn

• Training is provided at a competitive hourly rate of $20

Qualifications

• Responsible for picking accurate products and quantities for orders using ring-finger RF scanners.

• Continually lift/push/pull a variety of packages with weights from 10-50 pounds.

• Work is performed on your feet throughout the shift in a refrigerated environment.

• Must be 18 years of age.

• Operate with accountability while having an eye for detail.

• Experience operating tow-motors/forklifts helpful.

• Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 65-pound packages

• Must be able to stand/walk over the course of an 8-hour shift

• Must be able topass a drug screen test.

• Must be able topass a background check.

• Must be able to read English.
