Job summary

National Vision, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Optical Manufacturing Associate for the 3rd shift in Saint Cloud, MN. You will support the production lab, learn lens preparation, coating, assembly, and inspection, with paid training provided.

Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently within a team environment. The role offers hourly compensation between $17.55 and $19.69, with benefits typical of a growing manufacturing lab.

Qualifications

• No prior optical manufacturing experience required.
• Paid training provided for entry-level roles.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Support eyewear production in an optical manufacturing lab.
• Learn tasks such as preparing lenses, supporting lens processing and coating, assembling eyewear, inspecting finished products.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards to process orders accurately.
• Inspect lenses and frames and report quality concerns.
• Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Work with the team to meet production goals while maintaining quality.
