National Vision, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Optical Manufacturing Associate in our St. Cloud, MN lab to support eyewear production.

No prior optical manufacturing experience is required; bring a willingness to learn, attention to quality, and a team-first attitude. Join our growing team at Minnesota's most technologically advanced optical lab. You will learn tasks from lens preparation to coating and inspection, while contributing to a clean, safety-focused workspace and meeting production

• Support eyewear production in an optical manufacturing lab.
• Learn tasks such as preparing lenses, supporting lens processing and coating, assembling eyewear, or inspecting finished products.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards to process orders accurately.
• Inspect lenses and frames; report quality concerns.
• Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Work with your team to meet production goals while maintaining quality.

What You’ll Do

• Support eyewear production in an optical manufacturing lab.
• Learn assigned tasks such as preparing lenses, supporting lens processing and coating, assembling eyewear, or inspecting finished products.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards to process orders accurately.
• Inspect lenses and frames and report quality concerns.
• Follow safety procedures and keep your work area clean and organized.
• Work with your team to meet production goals while maintaining quality.
