SourceNow is hiring a 3rd Shift Operator Doubling and Twisting at our Granite Falls, NC textile facility. This role offers stable 8-hour shifts, paid training, and room to grow within a production team.

Operate and monitor textile equipment, perform changeovers, ensure quality, and follow safety protocols. Overtime opportunities and multiple shift options provide flexibility.

Qualifications
