Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking a proven leader to provide operational leadership at a single warehousing location in North Little Rock, AR. The Operations Supervisor directs staff to meet customer requirements while aligning with Penske goals and cost objectives.

Shifts: 3rd Shift - Monday to Friday. Bonus eligibility based on individual and location performance. Strong focus on safety, training, and process optimization to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and accountability to run the operation with urgency.
• Ability to connect with associates and customers at all levels.
• Experience in driving process improvement and leading change.
• Ability to manage time and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise logistics operations including customer service, freight handling, dispatch and documentation.
• Conduct team meetings and provide coaching and counseling to associates.
• Evaluate and implement improved work methods to increase warehouse productivity.
• Provide coverage for operational duties during staff absences.
• Maintain knowledge of site operating systems for compliance and issue resolution.
• Complete records and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
