Job Summary

POSITION SUMMARY

The 3RD Shift Operations Specialist at The Restaurant Store is responsible for managing the merchandising and physical marketing of all items at a retail branch location. The Manager will work the 3rd shift hours, from 10pm to 6:30am. Under the direction of the Branch Manager, the Operations Specialist aims to achieve operational goals through effective marketing and in-store design strategies that support sales, purchasing, and inventory objectives.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Optimize sales through effective product placement within the branch
• Analyze and plan product allocation to maximize efficiency and sales
• Maintain organization and cleanliness during daily merchandising tasks
• Perform monthly front-of-store resets to highlight sales items effectively
• Coordinate with the Inventory Department on merchandising space allocation
• Inform customers about new or requested items through effective communication with the Sales Department
• Collaborate with Branch and Assistant Branch Managers to ensure safety and maintenance of the store and equipment
• Address employee relations issues as needed
• Support training and development related to merchandising management for the local team
• Promote the growth and usage of TRS.com among customers
• Maintain overall store cleanliness
