Job summary

Worthington Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a 3rd shift MVH Operator to join our valve housing team. You will work with others to meet production schedules and quality standards through machining parts needed to satisfy customer demands and maintain high uptime.

The role requires strong mechanical knowledge, a detailed orientation, self-motivation, and a commitment to safety. Compensation starts at $25/hour plus a $1.50/hour shift differential, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of cold forming experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and work orders.
• Capable of reading and writing relay/ladder logic.
• Proficient with micrometers and dial indicators to inspect parts.
• Lift over 50 lbs and forklift certified or able to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Set up, perform PM's, troubleshoot, repair, and operate multi-spindle screw machine.
• Read drawings and machine parts to specification while maintaining tight tolerances.
• Perform in-process checks to ensure parts run efficiently and meet quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for conformance to QA procedures.
• Maintain a clean work area and complete paperwork accurately and timely.
