Job summary

The role requires reading blueprints, setting up and operating multi-spindle machines, and performing in-process checks with tight tolerances. Benefits, sign-on bonus, and shift differential are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of cold forming experience.
• Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints/work orders.
• Able to read/write relay/ladder logic.
• High mechanical aptitude with cold former knowledge.
• Proficient with micrometers, calipers and gauges to inspect parts.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties safely and as part of a team to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost standards.
• Set up, complete PMs, troubleshoot, repair, and operate multi-spindle screw machine.
• Read drawings to specification and maintain tight tolerances.
• Conduct in-process checks and verify dimensions for quality release.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety policies and lean initiatives.
