Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on, safety-minded; able to work across trades.
• Willing to participate in written and hands-on/practical tests during interview.
• Must wear safety gear for tests (long sleeve cotton shirt, jeans, steel-toe shoes).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair press machines, robots, cranes, and plant utilities.
• Electrical diagnostics using multimeters to identify broken wires, faulty sensors, and relay issues.
• Use PLCs as troubleshooting tools; programming knowledge is a plus.
• Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems.
• Perform metal fabrication, welding, and basic machining tasks.
• Operate lathe, manual mill, drill press, shear, and band saw.
• Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Safely operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and rigging equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
