Job summary

The Restaurant Store is hiring an Operations Manager in the Cumberland County/Camp Hill area to oversee merchandising and in-store marketing for a retail branch. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will drive sales through effective product placement, space planning, and weekly reporting while training the local team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail or supply chain experience with a focus on merchandising management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems; strong data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Optimize sales based on effective product placement throughout the branch location.
• Conduct ongoing analysis to plan and challenge product allocation within the branch location.
• Ensure a high level of organization and neatness while completing daily merchandising tasks.
• Manage monthly front-of-store resets that highlight sales items in an effective manner.
• Complete all four components of the Weekly Report in a timely manner.
• Communicate with Inventory and Sales departments to coordinate merchandising space and alert customers to new items.
• Support safety, maintenance of the building and equipment, and training needs of the local team.
