Greenville Metals is seeking a 3rd Shift Melt Shop Floor Lead to supervise daily melt shop operations and ensure safety, quality, and productivity. The role reports to the Operations Manager and requires coordinating staffing and work priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The candidate will train staff, monitor performance, and provide feedback while maintaining accurate records and complying with company policies.

What We Offer:
Standard work schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 11:00PM- 7:00AM with overtime/weekend work when required based on production and business needs.
*Sign-on bonus is distributed in 3 installments following 30, 60, and 90 days of continuous employment.
To receive each installment of the sign-on bonus, the employee must be actively employed and in good standing on the applicable payout date.
Employees who separate employment before a scheduled payout date will forfeit any unpaid portion of the sign-on bonus.
The Floor Lead provides daily work direction and operational leadership to Melt Shop employees, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, production, and operating standards. The position assigns and coordinates work, trains employees, monitors performance, and provides feedback to the Operations Manager. The Floor Lead performs an active role as the first point of contact between floor personnel and the plant support organization. Floor Leads often perform the same work processes and activities as the production team when needed.
