Qualifications

• Successful completion of medication assistance training per state rules.
• Maintain up-to-date medication certification per state regulations.
• Compassionate and empathetic in interactions with residents.
• Effective oral and written communication with team and families.
• Self-supervising, collaborative, and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per regulations.
• Observe residents taking medications and note effects or adverse events.
• Document required information in medication administration records accurately.
• Communicate concerns or observations with Wellness Director or coordinators.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and preserve dignity.
