Job summary

Hospice in the Pines is seeking a compassionate 2nd Shift Part-Time Every Other Weekend Caregiver to join our assisted living team in Oshkosh, WI. You will assist residents with daily living, monitor health needs, and support medications delivery under direction of licensed staff.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of medication assistance training in compliance with state requirements.
• Maintains up-to-date medication certification requirements per state regulations.
• Compassionate and empathetic in personal interactions.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Self-supervising, self-motivating; able to collaborate and work as a team member.
• Adaptable and highly organized; capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.

Responsibilities

• administer prescribed medications and treatments according to plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health.
• Encourage resident independence and preserve dignity through professional conduct.
