This role requires a high school diploma, basic math skills, and the ability to read blueprints. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to GDP-driven documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous machine operation experience is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.
• Experience using precision measuring tools.
• Excellent attendance, safety, and quality focus; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate extrusion machinery to produce medical-grade tubing and profiles.
• Load materials, perform setup, changeovers, and teardown between jobs.
• Conduct dimensional inspections using micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators.
• Read and interpret blueprints, job sheets, and production paperwork.
• Document in-process inspections using GDP.
• Troubleshoot equipment and support production, assembly, and packaging.
