Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
• Experience with SAP systems is a plus.
• Ability to follow safety, GMP and SQF requirements.

Responsibilities

• Sort ends and pieces, #2 product, and all rework or downgraded product.
• When running the 11-pound line, perform blow-up leaker and O2 checks.
• Move ham patties logs up to 30 pounds.
• Trim tar from product.
• Set up and tear down all support equipment.
• Check leaker packages.
• Set up and fully operate all equipment for slicing and dicing.
• Package all sliced and diced products and other requested product.
• Set up and change stock on labeling equipment.
• Process and stack random cuts.
• Perform general housekeeping duties in the department.
• Ability and willingness to perform basic math functions.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
• Ability and willingness to complete all paperwork and SAP functions.
• Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements.
• Perform all positions of job rotation as needed.
• Perform any other work as assigned by management.
