Job summary

Westaff is seeking a dependable Material Handler for an overnight shift in Quincy, MA. The role supports inventory accuracy, demo order fulfillment, and safe material movement within a controlled warehouse environment. Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30pm–7:00am, pay: $19.50/hr.

We’re hiring to ensure accurate inventory, demo order processing, and safe material movement, with duties including SOP compliance and regular email updates on order status.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse or material-handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill internal demo inventory requests
• Safely handle, move, and transact materials
• Perform inventory adjustments and WMS transactions
• Maintain accurate documentation for audit readiness
• Follow all SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Support efficient material flow and uphold Quality Policy
• Work with leadership to resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards
• Perform physical tasks: lifting, standing, bending, reaching
• Operate pallet jacks and material-handling equipment
• Use computers, printers, and related devices
• Communicate order updates via email
• Update and monitor Inventory Request Tool
• Prepare, pack, and ship demo orders
• Perform other duties as assigned
