Job summary

Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Material Handler in Jackson Center, Ohio to support production lines. You will safely operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and related equipment, scan materials, and ensure accurate FIFO stock rotation.

You must be 18+, able to stand long shifts, and able to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly. The role requires adherence to BOS and SAP standards and participation in required training sessions. Weekly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 18 years old
• Experience in a distribution center helpful
• Be a team player with ability to work well with others
• Ability to stand continuously for long periods of time
• Move and/or lift up to 75 lbs on a continuous basis
• Lift cartons overhead up to 8 feet
• Push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel, crouch, and/or stoop as needed
• Pass a background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and related equipment
• Scan materials and enter data when required
• Supply production lines in a timely manner
• Run scrap reports and consolidate label supplies
• Maintain FIFO stock rotation
• Visually inspect materials for damage or contamination
• Document shipments and movements as required
• Adhere to BOS and SAP standards
• Maintain GMP and housekeeping practices
• Attend required training and weekly team meetings
• Communicate with Production, Quality, and Group Leaders
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
