Job summary

Oatey Company in Shakopee, MN, is seeking an Assembly Technician to perform assembly duties for various products, following SOPs and blueprints. You will prepare components, set up tools, and maintain documentation for daily builds.

• Order raw materials where appropriate.
• Set up equipment and tools for daily build.
• Visually inspect and test all products for conformance using inflation pressure, gauges, and other measuring devices.
• Document completed and incomplete work orders and reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary:

Demonstrate proficiency and regularly perform assembly duties for large, small, and long test balls, municipal balls, tubes and inserts, test, discrete, PET Foam, wall drains, PVC drains, kitting, or drain kit packaging.

Position Responsibilities:

Knowledge and Experience:

• Basic math, reading and writing skills.

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Willing to train others when requested.

Education and Certification:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation Range for the Position:

$16.95 - $22.04 - $27.12 USD

Offer amount determined by experience and review of internal talent.
