Job summary

Web Industries is seeking a 3rd Shift Manufacturing Operator I to join our production team. You will manufacture products by following standard work and specifications, and work with others to meet production targets.

Candidate should have a High School diploma or GED, 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, basic computer skills, and good English communication. This role requires the ability to lift 50–75 lbs and compliance with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to read and understand complex work instructions.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Team oriented.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs to 75 lbs (location dependent).
• Must be able to work on government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines to meet production specifications and best practices.
• Convert materials to work order specifications and run trials.
• Record results and ensure quality documents are complete.
• Train Manufacturing Associates using passport program.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Maximize throughput and uptime on production lines.
