Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment per SOPs and control plans.
• Interpret work instructions, job routings and production documentation.
• Perform in-process quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain accurate system transactions and production records.
• Meet safety, quality and production targets in a team-driven environment.
• Identify issues and escalate or troubleshoot to support continuous production flow.
• Cross-train and support multiple production areas as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
• Complete required training and certification to operate industrial machines as needed.
