Shift:
10pm to 6:30am (overtime may be required)
Pay Rate:
$24.15/hr
(Training on 1st shift: $21/hr for the first 1-2 weeks)
Position Summary:

Operate equipment while filling and plating of Prepared Culture Media plates, bottles, and tubes in a cGMP-compliant manner.
Responsibilities:


  • Set up, inspect, operate, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and clean equipment used in the Prepared Culture Media filling/bottling processes.
  • Complete production batches and documentation.
  • Operate within controlled cleanrooms as needed.
  • Perform equipment tasks to meet batch timelines.
  • Complete calibrations on filling equipment.
  • Maintain compliance with all job-related SOPs.
  • Perform cleaning and sanitization activities of production equipment and areas.
  • Review Manufacturing Directions and SOPs.
  • Follow aseptic practices for product safety and quality.
  • Comply with safety policies and procedures.

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years in a regulated production environment.
  • Knowledge of FDA and/or GMP regulations is a plus.
  • Demonstrate competency within 90 days.


Other Requirements:
  • Perform job functions safely and responsibly.
  • Ability to climb stairs to perform work.
  • Operate motorized pallet jacks.
  • Handle chemicals, antibiotics, and/or hazardous materials as needed.
  • May be exposed to strong odors during operations.
  • Duties require wearing PPE, including hairnet, beard cover, safety glasses, safety shoes, hearing protection, gloves, PAPR, face mask, and lab coat. Make-up and jewelry are prohibited in some areas.



Estimated Min Rate: $21.00
Estimated Max Rate: $24.15
