Job summary

Cambro Manufacturing seeks a Shift Manager for the Third Shift in the United States to lead the composites manufacturing area. You will manage the schedule, coordinate personnel, and drive safety and quality in MOS-guided operations while supporting the Plant Manager with documentation, capacity planning and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include assigning work, conducting shift reviews, training staff on MOS procedures, ensuring KPI targets are met, maintaining accurate Prism

Qualifications

• Associate degree from a two- or four-year college with 2–4 years related experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and communicate in English.
• Ability to solve practical problems and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Provides clear assignment of work to employees based on planned quantities.
• Perform duties of Shift Manager per Cambro’s MOS procedures and lead daily shift activities.
• Review previous day results and set day’s goals and priorities with the team.
• Maintain Prism transactions for recording, tracking, and transfers and train staff accordingly.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and uphold plant KPI targets.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, 5S, and housekeeping efforts.
• Communicate effectively in writing and speaking; support cross‑shift coordination.
