Job summary

Venteon seeks a 3rd shift Maintenance Technician for a leading automotive supplier near Jackson, Michigan. The role runs 11 P.M. to 7:30 A.M. with a 5-day work week and limited weekend overtime. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

These are full-time, permanent positions with competitive hourly compensation and a $1.50 off-shift premium. PTO and paid holidays are provided, with duties spanning electrical and mechanical maintenance and Kaizen support.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED is Required.
• Must have experience in all areas of machine maintenance; journeyman or 5 years in the trade.
• Formal training at a recognized trade school or apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain machines and perform electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Modify ladder logic for troubleshooting and Kaizen opportunities.
• Repair down machines and assist with preventive maintenance.
• Support Kaizen activities to prevent breakdowns and improve quality.
