Job summary

Mercury Plastics is seeking a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician in Middlefield, OH. The role requires at least 3 years in industrial maintenance and a technical background in electrical and fluid power. Pay is $37.00 per hour on a 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 pm–7:00 am).

Responsibilities include maintaining facility and production equipment, performing PMs, and ensuring safety compliance. Candidates should be self-motivated and possess a valid driver’s license; PLCs and hydraulics knowledge

Qualifications

High School/GED required.
Three years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred.
Technical degree, certification or equivalent trades training with emphasis on electrical and/or fluid power.
Valid driver’s license with transportation required.
Self-starter, dependable, flexible and able to work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all facility and production-related equipment using safety standards and maintenance best practices.
Identify and resolve work requests on a variety of production equipment and processes.
Keep equipment in safe operating condition and perform preventive maintenance (PM) rounds.
Complete work orders, PM rounds, repairs and general maintenance.
Participate in safety and continuous improvement programs.
