Job summary
Cintas Corporation's Cumberland, RI facility seeks a Maintenance Technician I for the 3rd shift to support an industrial laundry operation. You will assist with repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting equipment including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers, while performing preventive/predictive maintenance.
Responsibilities include resolving safety concerns, housekeeping, and maintaining maintenance records; emphasis on reliability and uptime in a high-volume
Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
- Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English
- Experience with and ability to read a blueprint
- Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift
- High School Diploma/GED
Responsibilities
- Repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot industrial equipment (washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems and boilers).
- Perform preventive/predictive maintenance.
- Resolve safety concerns and ensure safe working conditions.
- Conduct indoor and outdoor housekeeping and maintain maintenance records.
