Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support an industrial laundry facility. You will repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot washers, dryers, boilers, steam tunnels and conveyors, and perform preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities include safety, housekeeping, inventory, maintenance records, and mentoring junior technicians. This role requires hands-on skills with welding, boiler chemistry testing, and coordinating with internal and external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment, systems and components including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers.
• Performing preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Carrying out welding activities as required.
• Conducting boiler chemical testing and making chemistry adjustments.
• Resolving safety concerns and ensuring a safe work environment.
• Performing indoor and outdoor housekeeping.
• Maintaining inventory supplies.
• Preparing maintenance records and reports.
• Coordinating work with inside and outside service companies, monitoring performance.
• Responding to emergency alarms.
• Mentoring Maintenance Technician I partners.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment, systems and components including but limited to washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems and boilers; performing preventive/predictive maintenance; performing various welding activities; preforming boiler chemical testing and making necessary chemistry adjustments; resolving safety concerns; performing indoor and outdoor housekeeping; maintaining inventory supplies; preparing maintenance records; identifying and evaluating, monitoring work performed by inside and outside service companies; responding to emergency alarms; and mentoring Maintenance Technician I partners.
