Job summary

Pratt Industries seeks a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. You will support safe and efficient operations by minimizing downtime and improving equipment reliability.

Starting pay starts at $28.00+ per hour based on experience. Benefits begin the first day of the month after start; vacation and holidays are provided. Monday–Friday schedule with possible overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent technical training.
• Technical training or applicable experience in industrial maintenance or a skilled trade.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work safely at all times and comply with company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Respond to equipment failures quickly to minimize downtime.
• Install, maintain, and modify machinery and support systems as needed.
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with production personnel and other departments.
• Perform overtime and additional duties as required.
