Job summary

Bakerly Ranch LLC in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 3rd shift to keep production lines running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventative maintenance, repair equipment, and support automation and controls projects as a key member of the Maintenance Department.

Responsibilities include line maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation in the CMMS, with collaboration across departments to resolve issues and improve yield.

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in the food processing industry is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Plan, perform, and execute line maintenance activities.
• Document maintenance tasks and work orders with accuracy.
• Lead and support maintenance team during production line stops.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust production equipment.
• Install and train on new machinery.
• Maintain safety, quality, and GMP standards.
• Use CMMS to manage work orders and updates.
• Collaborate with operators and supervisors to resolve issues.
