Job summary

Manufacturing Maintenance Solutions (MMS) is seeking a Maintenance Technician Associate for a Caterpillar facility in East Peoria, IL. Third shift: Sunday–Friday morning, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM. Base pay $20-$22/hour plus a 4% shift differential.

You will inspect equipment, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and assist with repairs to keep production moving. Training available; prior maintenance or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical, electrical, or plumbing knowledge preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or with a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift, bend, climb and stand for extended periods.
• Previous maintenance or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills with CMMS or work order systems a plus.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, automotive, farming, construction, military, or trade school is a plus—but we're willing to train the right person!

Minimum Qualifications
