Job summary

Conagra Brands in Louisville, Kentucky, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair production and facility equipment. Work is on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a 4x4 schedule: four 12-hour shifts, then four days off.

Overtime and double-time per policy may apply. You will perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance, diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, and support changeovers and startups to meet production schedules

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience maintaining manufacturing or industrial equipment.
• Ability to read technical manuals, work orders, and safety procedures.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Support equipment changeovers, startups, and shutdowns.
• Follow food safety, quality, safety, and GMP requirements at all times.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment status.
• Participate in continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
