Mitchell Associates, Inc. is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to ensure the long-term reliability of building equipment, tooling and CNC machinery.

You will implement preventative maintenance programs, document outcomes, and respond rapidly to issues impacting quality and cost. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, knowledge of Windows software, and experience with Fanuc robotics or electrical systems.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Assures long-term capability and expedient repair of all building equipment, tooling and machinery.
• Maintenance on CNC machinery.
• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program for all production and support equipment.
• Document PM work and provide written reports to management.
• Respond quickly to equipment problems affecting quality, schedule or cost and correct them.
• Develop and maintain a list of perishable tooling for production and support equipment.
• Track perishable tooling inventory and order additional material when needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in safety, production, quality and scheduling.
• Assist in installation of production and support equipment.
• Follow ISO standards consistently.
• Adhere to company policies including Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, HR policies, and Employee Handbook.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and legislation including Environmental Legislation and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Understand and comply with state/provincial laws related to Harassment and Violence in the workplace.

Required Education And Experience

Essential Functions

• Assures long-term capability and expedient repair of all building equipment, tooling and machinery
• Able to perform maintenance on CNC Machinery
• Developing and implementing a Preventative Maintenance program for all production and support equipment
• Documenting completion of Preventative Maintenance work and providing written reports to management
• Immediately responding and correcting all equipment problems that are adversely affecting quality, scheduling or cost
• Developing and maintaining a list of perishable tooling that is required for all production and support equipment
• Tracking perishable tooling inventory and initiating ordering additional material when appropriate
• Continuous improvement with regards to safety, production, quality and scheduling
• Assisting in the installation of production and support equipment
• Consistently following ISO standards
• Abide by all company polices including, but not limited to the following; Health and safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human resources policies, and Martinrea Employee Handbook
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards and legislation including Environmental Legislation, for Industrial Establishments, and the Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Understand and be compliant with all State and Provincial laws as it relates to Harassment and Violence in the workplace.
• Abide by all Company polices including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human Resources policies, and the Martinrea Employee Handbook
