Nibco Inc. is looking for an experienced industrial maintenance professional in Goshen, Indiana. The role emphasizes proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing various electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Candidates must have a solid technical background, ideally from a technical school, and at least 5 years of relevant experience.

This position requires a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, components, and maintenance procedures. Candidate must be proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems issues to ensure prompt repairs. Requires a 2-year technical school degree or applicable technical certification.
3rd Shift: 11:00p - 7:30a
A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance. Preferred experience in plastic injection molding. Candidates must be proficient in the use of all fabrication equipment such as brake, shear, lathe, drill press, Bridgeport mill, mig/tig/arc welders, Oxy-acetylene cutting and welding, plasma cutting, etc. Proficiency in understanding, installing, and maintaining electrical systems including wiring, circuits, breakers, and transformers.
High School Diploma or GED required
2-year technical school required or equitable certifications
Must be capable of standing for extended periods of time and manually lifting up to 50 pounds
Must also be capable of bending, climbing, and/or twisting.
