Job summary

MacLean Power Systems is seeking Maintenance Technicians for the 3rd shift (Sun–Fri, 10:00pm–6:00am) in Minnesota. Base entry rate is $26.05/hr with a skill-based range up to $37.77/hr, plus a $1.25/hr shift differential for 3rd shift.

Starting pay depends on your mechanical/electrical experience and skill level. You will maintain production and quality by ensuring machinery and electrical systems operate correctly, with responsibilities expanding from foundational maintenance to advanced

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in an industrial environment.
Experience with motor control circuits and high voltages (3‑phase) is preferred.
Shift third and overtime availability are required.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and repair of foundry and machine shop equipment.
Change parts, keep machines in working order, and maintain a clean, safe work environment; welding and fabrication skills helpful.
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and read blueprints/electrical schematics.
Diagnose complex malfunctions; troubleshoot ladder logic/PLCs; operate high voltage/3‑phase power.
Utilize the CMMS system for documentation and work with minimal supervision.
