Job summary

AHF Products has a Maintenance Supervisor (3rd Shift) opportunity in Kankakee, IL. The role reports to the Maintenance Superintendent and focuses on developing and overseeing maintenance systems to maximize equipment availability at lowest cost.

Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $95,000, with exact pay based on skills and location. Responsibilities include leading the maintenance team, driving PM effectiveness, supporting line operations to hit KPIs, and ensuring safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in Maintenance & Reliability or similar environment.
• Strong safety awareness and PPE use.

Responsibilities

• Oversee prioritized maintenance work and planning.
• Lead maintenance hourly workforce including performance management and training.
• Drive maintenance system improvements (PMs, planning, SAP usage).
• Support line operations to meet KPIs like downtime and quality.
• Ensure safety compliance per GMP, FDA, OSHA and internal policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements for maintenance efficiency.
