Base pay range

$59,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Looking to hire on behalf of our employer partner for an experienced 3rd Shift Maintenance Planner to join a leading Food Manufacturing facility in Cincinnati, OH. This is a critical role responsible for maintaining plant operations by ensuring all maintenance activities are planned, scheduled, and executed efficiently with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and preventive maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead safety processes and maximize use of labor and materials
• Monitor compliance with maintenance protocols, assign tasks, and inspect PM activities
• Provide support for troubleshooting equipment and reporting tasks in the CMMS
• Review and respond to shift issues, downtime, and quality concerns
• Ensure plant cleanliness, safety, and participation in safety initiatives
• Evaluate team performance, offer coaching and feedback
• Support SQF systems and regulatory compliance requirements
• Conduct safety observations and proactively resolve maintenance gaps
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Prior experience in a Maintenance Lead or Planning role
• Food manufacturing industry experience is required
• Working knowledge of Preventive & Predictive Maintenance techniques
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CMMS Systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience with Controls & PLCs (programming a plus)
• Familiarity with CMM Systems for work order tracking
  
  

Shift Information

• This is a 3rd shift position. Flexibility with night and early morning hours is required.
