Job summary

Fresenius Kabi is seeking a maintenance technician for the 3rd shift (10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday–Friday nights) to maintain all manufacturing equipment and plant utility systems including boilers, HVAC, and Water for Injection. The role focuses on improving efficiency, ensuring validated states, and complying with cGMP and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include capital projects such as upgrading HVAC and WFI systems, working with vendors for technical support, and maintaining

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years related experience in manufacturing.
Knowledge of power transfer tech incl. mechanics, pneumatics & hydraulics.
Familiarity with machine controls (PLC, relays, operator interfaces).
Familiarity with HVAC, steam, and plant utility systems.
Experience with machining and welding is a plus.
Strong analytical troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain manufacturing equipment and plant utility systems (steam boilers, HVAC, WFI).
Implement improvements to boost efficiency and prevent obsolescence.
Ensure validated state of equipment and compliance with cGMP, OSHA, DEC, EPA and local regs.
Develop relationships with vendors for technical support and hardware applications.
Ensure health, safety, environment, energy, and quality management compliance.
