Job summary

Ferrero is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift at the Bloomington facility. You will lead maintenance technicians, plan interventions, and drive safe, efficient operations in a highly automated plant.

The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and requires strong technical problem solving with a 3+ year supervision background. 3rd shift hours and weekend rotation apply, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance supervision experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills relevant to a highly automated manufacturing plant.
• Experience and understanding of automation and controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians in the assigned area of the factory.
• Ensure that safe work practices are followed by maintenance technicians.
• Support plant improvement initiatives (Mobile Maintenance, FOX 2.0, Smart Factory).
• Ensure that maintenance policies are properly respected.
• Cooperate with other teams to support proper plant operation (production, quality, HR).
• Interact with OEMs and suppliers to obtain parts and support as needed.
• Assist in planning maintenance interventions.
