Qualifications

• Advanced production knowledge and experience.
• Knowledge of production processes, measurement, inspection, procedures, production planning and control.
• Experience in SAP & Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results.
• Ability to prioritise and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Leading employees and collaborating to optimise production performance within a department.
• Using expertise to increase efficiency and productivity and to ensure quality standards are met.
• Troubleshooting equipment, assisting with changeovers and set-ups, coordinating maintenance and work schedules.
• Setting a positive example for quality and housekeeping practices within the department.
• Maintaining records including maintenance reports, incentive, scrap, SPC charts, and attendance scheduling.
• Encouraging continuous improvement through SPS activities and problem-solving tools.
• Leading by training and coaching employees and providing performance feedback.
