• Perform hourly quality checks using gauges and in-process sheets.
• Complete tool changes and machine setups per procedures.
• Monitor equipment and identify worn tools or malfunctions.
• Make tooling adjustments and offsets as required.
• Perform planned maintenance activities.
• Transact material through AIM and report concerns.
• Submit Kaizen ideas to improve processes.
