Litehouse is seeking a Machine Technician I / Production Machine Operator to join our team!

The Machine Technician I operates at least one production machine in an area or department and performs basic preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.

Essential Job Duties

1. Operate and lead key machinery, striving for efficient output of quality products.
2. Set up, operate, and adjust machinery.
3. Perform changeovers and washes that meet or exceed specifications.
4. Ensure adherence to Food Safety policies and report concerns to supervision.
5. Ensure products meet customer and quality requirements.
6. Perform basic maintenance, controls, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
7. Maintain a clean work area and participate in housekeeping throughout the facility.

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma/GED strongly preferred.
2. Mechanical inclination is preferred.
3. Experience: Fully trained and experienced in operating at least one production machine, or equivalent work experience.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
3. Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Ability to work overtime, weekends, and scheduled shifts as necessary.
