Qualifications include basic measurement skills and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Starting pay is $20/hour with a 10% shift differential and potential for advancement based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year production operator experience.
• Experience on leveling or slitting machines in a steel service center.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment: Set up and run production lines per specs.
• Maintain product quality: monitor dimensions, weight, and counts; perform inspections.
• Support safety culture: follow PPE rules and report equipment issues.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and assist with housekeeping.
