Responsibilities

• Receive daily work assignments and follow SOPs to complete production.
• Report deviations to status boards and discuss with leads/managers.
• Engage in daily status board meetings and propose solutions.
• Review and suggest improvements to SOPs.
• Identify wastes and drive KAIZEN improvements.
• Perform 5S routines to maintain high standards.
• Seek cross-training opportunities across processes to add value.
• Utilize downtime to learn new processes and implement improvements.
