Johanson Technology Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift. You will set up and operate production machines, ensuring accurate dielectric material stacking and adherence to process travelers. Training may occur on the 1st shift before transitioning to 3rd shift.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and computer skills. Paid break and shift differential are offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up and operating semi-automated machines.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (3+ months).
• Familiarity with using a Microscope.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good math and counting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Upload programs and stack sheets of dielectric material as instructed.
• Operate and tend stacking and processing lines.
• Read travelers and verify build-up design and dielectric type.
• Log data in SPC and read program files.
• Inspect stacked bars with a microscope for quality.
• Perform machine setup, maintenance, and tool changes.
