Job summary

Staffmark Group in Somerset, NJ is hiring a Machine Operator to operate bottling and packaging equipment in a fast-paced GMP environment. You will load bottles, caps, and packaging materials, monitor quality, and help with line changes to maintain continuous production.

Responsibilities include in-process quality checks, defect inspection of finished goods, and basic troubleshooting while lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Operated and monitored automated bottling and packaging machinery in a high-volume production environment.
• Performed in-process quality checks to verify fill levels, labeling accuracy, and product integrity.
• Inspected finished goods for defects and compliance with quality standards.
• Assisted with line changeovers, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting to reduce downtime.
• Lift 40 lbs as needed and maintain GMP-compliant work areas.

Responsibilities

• Operate bottling and packaging machinery on a high-volume line.
• Supply lines with bottles, caps, and packaging materials for continuous operation.
